‘Prism’ mirror by Tokujin Yoshioka for Glas Italia
Tokujin Yoshioka’s second collaboration with Glas Italia (the initial was Luminous) is a collection of mirrors and mirrored furniture composed of thick higher-transparency mirror glass.

The glass is sculpted with facet cuts to create a “sense of transparency like prisms.” says Yoshioka. “The type with the sense of simplicity and gravity will be a sparkling sculpture piece with mysterious atmosphere by the refraction of light.”

The collection involves a storage unit and mirrors in square, rectangular and octagonal shapes, embellished by a frame in silver-plated transparent extralight glass worked with shiny chamfers and facets.
